  1. Grind pudina, coriander,jeera,ginger garlic paste,green chilli in fine paste.
  2. Marinate chicken with the paste, garam masala, curd, salt, turmeric and keep aside for 1 hour.
  3. Wash basmati rice and keep aside for 15 mins.
  4. Chop onion finely.
  5. Take a pressure cooker, add oil and cloves,dalchini,elaichi,bay leaf and onion and cook till brown.
  6. Now add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Add the rice, turmeric, salt and water as needed. I used 2 cups of water and keep it for 2 whistles.
  8. Serve hot your favourite raita and gravy. I made simple chicken rassa and cucumber carrot raita.
