- 2 packets Biryani masala

- 1 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds
- 2 cups Oil
- 1/2 tsp Yellow colour
- 20 Mint leaves
- 2 Lemons
- 1 whole bulb Garlic
Instructions to make to make Fried Garlic Masala Biryani
- Soak rice for few hours.

- Slice the onions and tomatoes.

- Chop the garlic.

- Cut chillies into juliennes.

- Heat oil in a pan.

- Add in garlic and fry for a minute but it should not change the colour.

- Add in chicken,yoghurt,onion,tomatoes and all the spices.

- Bhoono it well.

- Cook covered till chicken is tender and moisture evaporates.


- Boil the rice.

- Spread half rice in the pan.

- Add in chicken masala.

- Cover with remaining rice.

- Add in mint,lemon,chillies and colour.

- Cook covered on dum for 15 minutes.

- Serve hot.
