  2. 2-3 Potatoes (medium cube)
  3. 250 gm Yogurt
  4. 1 tbsp Crushed red chilli
  5. 3 Green cardamom

  8. 1/2 cup Ghee
  9. 1 cup Fried onion
  10. 1/2 tsp Kewra water

  12. 1 kg Beef (750gm meat with 250gm bone recommended to buy bong meat)
  13. 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. 2 tbsp Fennel seeds (sonuf)
  15. 2 tbsp Whole Coriander seeds (sabit dhaniya)
  16. 5-6 Red button chillies (sabit gol mirch)
  17. 6-7 Green chilli
  18. 2 tbsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
  19. 6-7 Green cardamom (choti ilachi)
  20. 3 Star anise (badyaan ke phool)
  21. 7-8 Cloves
  22. 3 Bay leaf
  23. 1 Cinnamon stick
  24. 7-8 Black peppercorn (sabit Kali mirch)
  25. to taste Salt

Steps to make to make Beef Yakhni Pulao

  1. Take a big pan add all yakni ingredients with 10 glass of water & cook for approx 2 hours or until beef gets tender. Remove meats & bone and measures yakni it almost 6 cups (if you have more then burn it or if you have less then add water). Yea step ap phelay se b kar ke rakh sakty

    In another pan heat ghee add green cardamom and zeera when aroma comes add potatoes,meat with yogurt & crushed chilli,salt just bhonofy for 10 minutes
  3. Now add this meat mixture in yakni with rice and cook on high flame until yakni reduce
  4. Add fried onion & Kewra water & put on dum for couple of minutes
