- Tamam khare masalay ik pateelay me dal kar beef k sath 3-4 glass pani dal kar charha dein.
- Ab isme piyaz, tamatar, choti hari mirchen, lehsan, adrak dal dein.
- Isay itna pakayen k saray vegetables gal k toot jayen.
- Ab isme beef add kar k pakayen.
- Apne hisab se salt add karden
- Ab potato k chote piece kar k salt k pani me bhigo dein.
- Ab us yakhni me aloo dal kar gala lein aur itna pani add karen k rice pak jayen.
- Basmati rice ko 1-2 hr k liye bhigo dein.
- Last me rice ko yahni me dal kar paka lein. 10 min dam par rakhen then flame off karden
