- Aloo ko cheel kar, pani me namak aur zarde ka rang daal kar isko boil karlen.


- Oil me garam masala daala, isme pyaaz daal dein.



- Jab pyaz golden brown hojayen to isme lehsan adrak ka paste aur timatar add karen
