- Grind leftover rice with out water.
- In a bowl add mixture of leftover rice & rava.Mix well.
- Add chopped green chilli & grated ginger in the mixture.
- Heat oil in kadahi.
- Make a small vada from the mixture.
- Deep fry all the Vada till golden brown on both sides
- Now take a large bowl and pour lukewarm water and salt in it
- Dip all the Vada for 5 mins.
- After 5 mins press the Vada to your palm
- Put all Vadas in the plate.
- Now take a big bowl.Add curd, salt & little water in it.
- Whisk it for 2 mins
- Dip all the Vada in the curd for 15 to 30 mins.
- Put all the Dahi Vada in the plate.
- Spread cumin seeds powder, red chili powder, tamarind chutney and coriander leaves over it.
- Serve immediately.
