- 1 tsp red chilli powder

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp roasted chick pea powder
- For biryani rice:
- 4 cup rice
- 8 cup water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp mint leaves
- 4 green chillies
- For biryani masala:
- 2 medium onion
- 1 tbsp gingerpaste
- 1 tbsp garlicpaste
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 green chillies
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chillie powder
- 2 tbsp biryani masala
- 1/2 cup oil
- For garnishing
- leaves Mint
- green chillies
- fresh coriander and
- 3 pinch yellow food colour
Instructions to make to make Kofta biryani
- Add onion fresh coriander and chillies grind.
Add chicken mince with above ground ingredients.

- When grind add salt red chilli garlic and ginger powder,cumin powder and coriander powder.mix again.
Add 2 tb spoon roasted chick pea powder to absorb moisture.

- Add oil on hands.make koftas.


- Soak 4 cup rice
Add salt oil mint leaves and green chillies.add rice when water boiled.when rice done.strain water keep aside.

- Add oil in a pan add onion.fry until light brown.add ginger garlic paste.add tomatoes and green chillies.cook until tomato soft.add salt red chilli powder and biryani masala.



- Mix well.now add yogurt.
Cook until mix well and oil separate.add koftas


- Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.


- When done remove koftas from pan.leave masala in pan.add rice.spread on masala add koftas.



- Add rice again for 2nd layer add mint leaves frash coriander and
green chillies.add yellow food colour mix with water.
