  2. Now heat the oil in the cooker add jeera mustard seeds red chilli cloves cinnamon after 3 minutes add garlic chilli and onions sauté well.
  3. Now add asafoetida turmeric and red chilli powder now time to add soaked rice and dal. Add salt and regular dry masala. Add water and cook for 3 to 4 whistle on medium flame.
  4. Serve with papad dahi ghee.
