- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 tbsp yougurt
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- For TARKA
- 10-12 garlic cloves
- 10 whole red button chilli
- 1 tbsp zeera
- 15-20 curry patta
- 3/4 cup oil
Steps to make to make Curry with boiled rice
- First blend all the ingredients in yogurt and mix well then pour into the pan and cook for 3 hours until the oil comes up.... Mix all the ingredients of pakoras and leave for 45 mins... When curry is ready then deep fry the Pakore and put it in the curry.. At last heat the oil first add garlic and chillies and when it changes colour then add curry Patta and zeera stir for few seconds and pour into curry.. Ur curry is ready
