- 1-2 green chilly slit
- leaves Few curry
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tspoon sugar
- 1 tspoon lemon juice
- leaves Chhoped green coriander
Instructions to make to make Chana Daal Dhokla (Lentil Dhokla)
- In large bowl take daal rice soak in enough water for 4 hours drain water and transfer into mixi jar add ginger green chilly blend into coarse paste.
- Transfer into big bowl add curd turmeric powder salt 1/2 cup water forming smooth countisency
- Cover batter and ferment for 8 hours. After fermation add eno gently mix batter. Transfer in to grease plate then put into steamer and steam for 25 min. Cool and cut into pieces.
- For tempering -
In pan heat oil add mustered seeds assofodeta curry leaves 1/4 cup water spilt green chilly sugar salt lemon juice mix get boil pour over dhokla spred add chopped green coriander leaves. Serve with chutny. - Your popular dhokla ready to serve.
