  4. Heat oil in a small korai or tadka pan. Add mustard seed, whole jeera hing and whole red chilli to it. When starts cracking add chana dal and urad dal. Fry till golden brown.
  5. Add fresh curry leaves to it.
  6. Add tadka over curd mix rice.
  7. Add chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seed.
  8. Mix well. Tasty curd rice is ready. Serve with papad and pickle.
