- Take biryani handi and add 1tbsp ghee n add onions, saunf, green chillies n bay leaves saute then add ginger garlic paste n saute for few min add vegetables n curd and drained basmati rice. Add 4 cups water n add salt



- Cook on medium flame. Garnish with coriander n serve. I havent added mint. You can add mint leaves too.
