Add boiled rice and finely chopped coriander. Mix well.
For tadka, heat up oil in a tadka pan. You also can use ghee for tadka.
Add mustard seeds and let them pop up. - Add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves.
Mix well and add this tadka in rice.
